Welcome new families and welcome back returning families!

 

  In the newsletter below you will find some important reminders about this first month of classes. I hope you are as excited as we are!

Tuition Reminder Don't forget that tuition is due this week and tuition received after the 7th day of the month will be charged a $20 late fee. Also, a new policy this year is tuition is non refundable.     Kick Off Week The week of August 27 is kick off week. Invite friends to class, enjoy snacks in the lobby, try on costumes ( at Marysville) and play games to win prizes!     Star Student of the Month This year each month we will feature a star student in our newsletter. To be a star student you must submit a paragraph about yourself, your experience at Vitoria and why you love to dance along with a picture. Submissions must be in no later than the second Friday of each month! Dance Wear and Apparel Sales This week is the best week to buy dance wear and your Vitoria gear. You don't want to forget to order your 5th anniversary tee.This year we will have  print out of these products and you can order them at the studio!     Dance Wear Donations   Do you have dance wear items that your child has out grown or doesn't have a need for? Consider donating them to our donation box. Starting September 4 there will be a donation box at each studio where families who cannot afford dance wear can score free dance wear. Remember, this is for families who cannot afford dance wear.   It's Season 5! We know you want forget this year because season 5 is going to be a year to remember. From our new staff, to our new student dance company format and much more to come we hope you are excited about this season!

Hilliard Location When you arrive this week don't forget to stop by our desk to see which studio your class will be held in!     Is the information on your account current? Not sure, stop by the front desk.   In and Around Our Studios Along with Miss Chelsea, Miss Kelsie and student teacher Miss Micaela. Joining our staff is Miss Megan, Miss Crystal, Miss Teresa, Miss Becky, Mr. Allen, Miss Danielle M., Miss Danielle D. and Miss Sonja. Along with guest teachers Miss Darcie and Miss Jennifer. You can find all these bio's on the website in the upcoming weeks on the website. We are still updating bios because our staff is growing so fast! Enrollment Requirements Just a reminder if a class does not have enough students or has too many students you may be switch to a different class or have the option of doing a private lesson with the teacher scheduled for your class. You will be contacted if your class is going to be rescheduled.   Student Company Auditions Saturday September 1 Ages 9-13 9:30-10:30 ; Ages 14 and up 10:45-11:45   This audition is open to anyone so please pass this onto anyone who may be interested.

Meet Our New Teacher Ms. Crystal Irvin will be joining our staff this year. She currently attends OSU and dances with Xclaim Dance Company! See more about her this month on our website. To learn more about Miss Crystal and our other teachers click here.   Arts Classes @ Vitoria Starting January 2013 Vitoria will offer art classes. Your child will get a handout this month make sure you read through it and register by December to save your spot! No Classes September 3 In observance of Labor Day     Cookie Sales Your student will get a cookie dough sales packet the week of September 3. Everyone is encouraged to participate in this. Cookie sales benefit our scholarship program and student company outreach. By selling just 10 tubs of cookies each we can make one child's dream of dancing come true!
